Having graduated from the law faculty of McGill University, Morden C. Lazarus has practised as a lawyer for close to fourty years and has acted on behalf of a wide range of sports and entertainment figures both in Canada and abroad. With a practice currently focused on gaming law, Mr. Lazarus enjoys a reputation as one of the leading gaming attorneys in Canada, representing the interests of the major world-wide gaming providers, both in the online and conventional gaming sectors. In addition to his law practice, he continues to be actively involved in a variety of corporate and non-profit organisations. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies and organisations and is the past President of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys.


With a practice focused on banking, transactional, and bankruptcy law, Marc Charbonneau has acted as legal counsel to one of Canada's leading financial institutions for over twenty five years, and continues to serve an array of longstanding business clients. A law graduate of the University of Montreal, Mr. Charbonneau has developed a highly respected law practice and is involved, on an ongoing basis, in a range of community and civic organisations. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of the Sacre Coeur Hospital of Montreal, he is currently a member of the Discipline Committee of the Quebec Bar Association.


A Laval University law graduate, Rene Gauthier joined the firm in the late 1980's, and continues to act as its litigation specialist. During this period, he has handled a wide range of files, and he appears on a regular basis before judges of the Quebec Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, and the Quebec Court of Appeal. Highly respected in the Province of Quebec for his success as a litigation attorney, Mr. Gauthier has argued a number of important cases and has made an important contribution to Quebec jurisprudence. With a client base centred on small to medium enterprise, he handles files in the areas of corporate and commercial matters, insurance and liability, shareholder disputes, wrongful dismissal, medical malpractice (in demand), professional liability (in demand), and entertainment law.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and a law degree from the University of Montreal, Edwin-Dario Monzon joined the firm in 2004. He currently handles a wide range of matters in the firm's litigation and gaming practice areas. He has worked on litigation files involving the Quebec Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. In addition to gaming files, his litigation practice covers a wide range of matters, including contractual issues, injunctions, commercial disputes, and claims in civil liability.


A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and degrees in Civil Law and Common Law, Richard Wodnicki began working with the firm in 2005. He currently handles a wide range of files in the firm's corporate, commercial, and litigation practice areas, including service contracts, commercial and residential leases, commercial and civil liability, immigration, aboriginal, and family law. Licensed as a lawyer in the Province of Quebec and the State of New York, Richard also has a strong background in international law and has acted for a range of Canadian, and American clients on matters relating to international, and cross-border issues. He has also worked at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands where he handled a variety of matters related to trials of war crimes suspects, and pending investigations.
